City Blossom 2025 Logistics

Doors open at 5:45 p.m. at Burwell Enterprises, located in The Steel District, 150 E. Fourth Place, Suite 900, Downtown Sioux Falls.
Parking is available for free in the adjacent parking ramp. There is no valet this year, but feel free to have your driver drop you off at the door before they park.
Keep your parking slip! You will need it to exit the garage.
Burwell Enterprises is part of The Steel District campus and can be accessed from the West using E. Fourth Place, or from the South using N. Metli Place.

Parking Directions

Parking on ground level? Enter the office tower as indicated by the star on the map. An attendant will help you take the elevator to the 9th floor.
Parking in the ramp? Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and cross the skyway into the office tower. From there, an attendant will help you take the elevator to the 9th floor.

Once you arrive, find the registration table and receive your nametag. (A physical ticket is not required.)

Take some time to socialize, enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres and desserts from Chef Dominique, grab a beverage and explore the new space.
