SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota – The Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation recently awarded more than $500,000 in scholarships to area students pursuing post-secondary education.

These scholarships are funded by donors and awarded annually to students continuing their education at colleges and universities as well as technical and vocational schools.

“The future of South Dakota is bright, and these students are shining examples of what is possible in our community,” said Patrick Gale, vice president for community investment for the Community Foundation. “As always, we were so impressed with the caliber of students who applied.
