Scholarship and Award Funds

Whether you're wrapping up a general equivalency diploma, graduating from high school, or working toward a graduate degree, Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation offers a wide variety of competitive scholarship awards to help you achieve your goals.

Most of our scholarship applications are available online. A few must be obtained through your guidance counselor or college financial aid office.

Please be advised that immediate family members of our board and staff are not eligible to apply for any of the scholarship or award programs administered by SFACF. Immediate family members are defined as parents or step-parents, spouses, children or step-children, grandparents, grandchildren or step-grandchildren, siblings or step-siblings, aunts or uncles, nieces or nephews, in-laws (mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son), and other relatives or significant others who have lived as part of the board or staff member’s immediate family.

Before you begin your search, review a list of our board members and staff

Online applications can only be accessed when applications for the scholarship are being accepted. Generally, they are posted on or about the 15th of December for the coming academic year. Scholarships that are active have a "Download Application" button to the right of the description.
