Designed to fill the hunger gap between Friday afternoon and Monday morning, the program helps at-risk youth from families who depend on subsidized school breakfasts and lunches during the week.

Enhances the visual environment and promotes downtown events through the use of more than 50 banners hung on historic lamp posts and signage piers along Phillips Avenue.
